COURSE AND TEXTBOOK APPROVAL FORMS

*Below forms are posted for your convienence.

Agreement to Offer Course and/or Textbook will need to be completed and circulated for approval and signatures. The signed form will need to be presented to SCAC for approval.

Course Outline Approval form will need to be completed and presented to SCAC for approval. Once approved, electronic version will need to be sent to the Director, 9-12 Teaching and Learning.
